Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held public hearings July 27, 2017, beginning at 6:30 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA
        

The listing of matters, are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair, which may be discussed at the meeting. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law

Open Hearings began at 6:26

RDA- Submitted by Jill & Craig Serin of 64 Woodchuck Hollow Rd. Applicant seeks to remove up to 5 trees in the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond. Unanimous decision for a negative determination.  RDA 2017-08.  Stumps will not be removed.  No restrictions

Old Business-None

New Business -  Emergency Certificate for border of 37 and 47 Lakeview Lane filed. (Removal of dangerous tree)

Valerie reported that she has been in communication with state officials re Tennessee Gas Pipe line repair. The state will issue an Emergency Certificate for immediate repair. No additional requirements for the Tolland Conservation Commission.
